Utilizing a mechanized material movement system, our paint process ensures exacting quality for every order through a carefully monitored system of pre-treatment, application and curing technology.
Our powder coat technology is markedly superior to the Electrodeposition (E-Coat) system, and provides an extremely durable finish that is resistant to scratching, corrosion, and rough handling.
Our paint systems are extremely flexible, allowing the handling of large single-piece sections of varying size and proportion. The inclusion of additional liquid spray facilities provides alternate means to meet your unique requirements.
Our inline rotary head sandblaster accepts parts up to 36″ wide and 12″ tall.
The rotary head has nine blast guns inside the cabinet and six side blasting guns, three on each side of the cabinet. The sandblaster is ideal for cleaning, prepping and removal oxide from laser cutting for finishing processing.
We offer Anodizing in both Class I (greater than 0.7 mils or 18 micron thick coating) and Class II (between 0.4 and 0.7 mils or 10 – 18 micron thick coating). Class I coating is a high performance finish for outdoor or high wear applications while Class II is a commercial finish recommended for interior or light exterior applications.
Decorative coatings (between 0.2 – 0.4 mils or 5 – 10 microns) are also available and are recommended when no additional protection is necessary, or when finish appearance is the only consideration. Our state-of-the-art semi-automated anodizing line has been upgraded continuously since inception in 2008 and includes an integrated waste treatment and water recycling system that adheres to the latest environmental standards.
Our line is capable of producing clear, champagne, bronze and black finishes in up to 24 ft. 3 in. lengths meeting the American Architectural Manufacturer’s Association (AAMA) standard 611-12.
With the Decoral process, aluminum and other materials can be designed to accurately resemble authentic wood grain, marble, stones fines and custom designs.
The sophisticated wood grain powder coating process applies decorative finishing deep into coated aluminum, steel , iron, glass, ceramic, plastic and other surfaces for windows, doors, blinds, fixture furnishings and virtually any other product where aesthetic appeal, durability and fire retardant advantages enhance its value.
